With the development of new devices, companies like google have decided to take the lead. With the acquisition of android from Andy Rubin, Rich Miner and co; they have clearly made their intentions known:To rule the tech world. Inside Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

With the introduction of Android 4.1(Jelly Bean) in the Nexus 7 and Nexus Q, I have been wondering: What's new in Jelly Bean? The following have be either introduced or modified Project Butter
Project butter is a new framework that makes Jelly Bean faster and less battery consuming. How? With the frame, CPU and graphics chips working hand -in-hand to make transitions faster. The frame also makes the CPU slow down when your android device is not in use then becomes faster when you start using your android device.

Problems of Wi-Fi in Nigeria

Today was disappointing(not totally though) why? I tried to connect to the church auditorium's Wi-Fi but to no avail! I saw up to 10 hotspots! while 7 were blocked, the others were 36mbits/sec!!!. Now the problems with that were : #1 the wifi distribution wasn't even and didn't cover a long distance. #2 the speed was whack!!. 32 mbits/sec? ha! even GPRS isn't that slow!. #3 This is kinda personal: Its supoosed to be free!! When I tried to connect, I was redirected to the login page! What about those that need to upload or stream live??!!.When setting up a Wi-Fi connection there are some things you need to consider.I'll mention just a few but I'll go into details in the next post. #1 Data provider #2 Confinements, reflectors like mirrors and shiny surfaces. Good and bad side of tethering

Hi there! I was doing some research on tethering and decided to share. Tethering has to do with the sharing of a network with one or more devices. Note on mobile devices this is referred to as tethering while on computers it is referred to as reverse tethering. Most smartphones these days have the ability to tether while some dont. The main advantage is the ability to boost or provide data connection for other devices but the main disadvantage is that it drains battery juice. This is just a summary though.

Using Cloud based services

Hello fellow nerds! I take it that you've heard about cloud computing if not read up here!. Okay today I decided to give it a shot. Am used to using SSDs for back-up. But I decided to try out the opera link. I signed up then started synchronizing, logged in at link.opera.com and voila everything was there! Also tried it on UC web and same result. So now i fear no virus or crash coz its all in the cloud! Wanna try it? go to link.opera.com(for opera)
